ahh... finally a day of relaxation

nyaa... finally there's a day without me needing to bring things to school... everyday its either my instrument or some recycling stuff... sigh...

this morning ran around the basketball court with tokyo and mack mummy^^
i chase mack mummy for about 2 rounds she stop
keep disturbing me and tokyo while we were running(hee hee^^)
then run one more round then went for some prayer thing.

hahas. she so funny and weird^^

then tokyo run about 9-10 rounds
i run about 13-14 rounds(suay numbers)...

nyaa!!! my stamina drop by so much!!
to feel how tired i was after the 5 rounds today last time i could run about 30-35 rounds!!
after almost 1 month of slack or not training my stamina drop so much!!!
need to start training hard again

tomorrow aim for 20 at least 15 rounds!

my internet crash...
i'm typing random crap while waiting for it to work again...

haven't posted for a long time
played badminton for fun, some random coach ask me and another girl to play with his to help train his student. play like shit for over one hour... i can barely lift up my arm... oww... but i think i'm pretty good at saves~ hee hee.. now i want to learn badminton. but i want to play doubles. so fun nya~ and i and training yesterday only 4 people came~ nyaa~~ so we did abit of power training and demo training. my legs hurt...
urgh... cmps is getting to me. cos i went for some treatment thing and while i was doing it i was like thinking the underlying problem for my pain is straining of long unused muscles and the solution was to exercise more and use pain cream. i mean like nya! seriously... i think cmps is a waste of time...
kay kay. tomorrow got string but i doubt i can lift my arm up to hold the bow...
